At the core of every community is culture, family and the incredible contributions of each to the building and strengthening of communities. The Core – Cultural Intersnships provides paid learning opportunities for youth in environments that promotes the richness of ethno-cultural contributions to the local and global development of family as community. The program is funded by our generous donors.
The purpose of the program is to create a 4-6 month work placement for young people aged 15-25. Once a year, Sesheme Foundation invites organizations to apply to host interns in their organization.
Applications are carefully reviewed by Internship committee to ensure that the organization is able to create a valuable learning experience for the intern and the organization.
